Our Single Bedroom, enjoy privacy and comfort in one package. The room comes equipped with everything you need including two comfortable single beds that can be put together, providing ample space and a cozy atmosphere. The south-facing window provides plenty of natural light, while the tulip canvas adds to the charm of the room. Get comfortable with a good book under the convenience of your reading light.

Outdoors
Cottages
Both houses are on the ground floor with a small step to the living room. However, the houses are not wheelchair friendly due to the narrow doors. Of course I can think along with you to make the visit to Casinha das Socas possible.
One of the bedrooms has a large double bed. The other bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together if desired. The beds are made with wonderfully soft hotel linen and there will be a set of towels for each guest.
In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and oven. There is also a cafetiere, kettle, toaster, hand blender and blender. Of course there is plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils in the drawers and cupboards.
For the first day there is coffee and tea in the house and a bottle of water is ready. As well as some spices and oil. If desired, I can get groceries before the first morning, so that you don't have to go shopping the next morning with a grumbling stomach after arriving late in the evening.
Basically everything is there and you only have to bring your own clothes. If in doubt, feel free to send an email or call via Whatsapp. I speak Dutch, English and am working hard on my Portuguese.
You can also borrow a cot, children's bath, toilet bowl, high chair and/or changing mat during your stay if necessary.
In Casa do Forno you will find the necessary equipment to use the barbecue.
There is internet and a wide range of TV channels on the TV, many of which are in English and with Portuguese subtitles. If you have an app on your phone from, for example, KPN or Ziggo, you can use the chrome cabinet to watch TV as you are used to at home.
